ETHOS

I believe real, meaningful change starts with real, meaningful connection. That’s why I don’t do surface-level. In my work, I focus on building deep, authentic, curious, compassionate, and accepting relationships. My top priority is to be a safe and supportive presence so that my clients feel comfortable processing tough moments and saying hard things.

APPROACH

I take an integrative approach to therapy that is rooted in Systems Theory which recognizes that individuals exist as part of larger, interconnected social contexts—both past and present—filled with interactions and relationships that impact quality of life. My care is client-centered, strengths-based, and solution-focused. I draw upon Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for helping clients identify and change constrained patterns to improve their emotional well-being. I also have extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which is grounded in Attachment Theory and designed to help clients become aware and make productive use of their experience.

When I’m not at work

…you’ll find me spending quality time with my wonderful partner and friends, diving deep into true crime stories, or getting hands-on with creative projects like throwing pottery, refinishing furniture, or covering my favorite pop & indie artists.
