ETHOS

I believe that life’s toughest moments offer us the greatest opportunity for growth and that through adversity, setbacks, and loss, we can uncover deeper self-awareness and resilience. I support my clients as they navigate relationship challenges, life transitions, and mood problems. I’m especially passionate about supporting those who have experienced prolonged exposure to trauma, including survivors of domestic violence and veterans.

APPROACH

My approach is trauma-informed, solution-focused, and grounded in Attachment Theory, which acknowledges the complex, interconnected social contexts that influence our lives. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients explore the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and actions, empowering them to break free from unhelpful cycles. Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), I guide my clients in connecting deeply with their story, building self-compassion, and taking practical, values-driven steps to create lasting, positive change and a more fulfilling life.
